• 25-03-23CREAMY Ramen (Vegan) 🍜 is my absolute favorite & has been for years. Wish they would open up a spot in the East Bay. I took it for take out & couldn't eat until an hour later when I got home. Reheated it and still tasted delicious & fresh. Truly not another ramen place like Hinodeya 🙏✨ Staff were helpful & friendly upon pick up. Food was prepared quickly without jeopardizing the flavor & freshness of the ramen. With vegan ramen, most places just use a bland veggie stick or water miso broth. The shitake dashi creamy both is packed with flavor. I usually save some from my order so I can throw into some instant noodles the next day. Often veggie ramen at other places only has mushrooms, corn, & bamboo shoots. I love that they add yummy greens, some squash, & I'm not sure exactly what the protein is exactly thinking it is some type of tofu but the way it's prepared is delicious & I crave it.🤭Always recommend.

• 26-04-22Wow! This was bang on! Absolutely excellent value, very well crafted, delicious Creamy Ramen (Vegan) and Vegetable Spring Rolls (5 pcs) Vegan The flavor was on point top to bottom and ingredients were fresh and thoughtfully put together. Looking forward to my next order

• 26-06-10shrimp tempura was very small shrimps and did not seem freshly cooked. Vegetable spring rolls also did not seem fresh and over fried. Not enough sauce included in packaging for either item. Will not order again.

• 25-12-103 stars. Was definitely not worth the price. My Creamy Ramen (Vegan) had one small piece of squash and five spinach leaves. The broth needs more flavor. The gluten-free noodles are good. However, will not be ordering again.

• 26-04-28good flavor on Green Gyoza (5 pcs) Vegan but they were a bit cold when it was delivered withi 10 minutes. The sauce portion although delicious is miniscule. The Creamy Ramen (Vegan) had one single piece of mushroom. A vit disappointing for the price point.
