The Spam Musubi is off the charts, better even than Hawaiian Bros. I like that the Spicy Tuna Roll has tempura crunch in it, and the Tamago Sushi (2Pc) is utterly delicious. The tamagoyaki is large and perfectly balanced between sweet and savory. Hokibar has got the good good rice!!!

The Hoki Bowl is absolutely my favorite. It's the right blend of high quality raw sushi-grade fish with other savory items and flavors. Always the right ratio of rice to goodies too. The Spam Musubi is 100x better than other place's offerings also (rhymes with shmawaiian schmbros).

Hokibar hits every single time. I build my own Build Your Own Bowl (Regular) and the portion is perfect! No matter what fish I get, it's always fresh and tastes amazing. I will order again and again.

Exceeded expectations! Restaurant was very clean and staff was very nice. Great price with large portions, the sashimi was very large and everything was very fresh. Will definitely be a "go too" restaurant of mine from now on. 10/10!

This is my FAVORITE go to when I am craving sushi, and with three portions of salmon, it is heavenly with each bite. The salmon was super fresh and I got a lot code to the belly, which is THE best part, melt in your mouth. I've ordered the other two types of rice a couple times before but white rice has been the most consistent, the perfect flavor, perfect texture. It was the perfect bowl!
