Ordered two fish and chip meals for 20$+ only got one box with three tiny little fish fillets that tasted of supermarket brand i overall spent 60$ and got 20$ quality worth of food on the positive note the milkshakes are delicious thank you just disappointed please try to fix this used to work at a fish and chip place not impressed

The beef patties in the burger were really dry as if I am chewing rubber. Beef patty in any beef burger should be juicy and crumbly, i hate to say but cheeseburger from Maccas is better in comparison to what I got from this burger speciality joint. Very disappointing.

We've just ordered 3 burgers and chips, chips were hardly cooked and two of the burgers don't contain all the ingredients listed. One no cheese, pickles and onions - just patty and a tonne of mustard and sauce. The other didn't have the bacon they listed.
The bun for my kids burger looks microwaved? Hard on the outside?

I wanted some dessert and ordered willing to pay the delivery etc and paid $20 for charcoaled churros - not fair and not good enough
