Ordered the breaded pork tenderloin sandwich with fried mushrooms. The tenderloin was cooked to perfection and juicy. Had lettuce, onions, pickles, tomato, and lots of sauce. Bun was perfect. Fried mushrooms were handed breaded and scrumptious. If in Evansville try The Hornets Nest. Soooo, soooo good!

Great place for dinner. The French fries here are the best out of any restaurant I've ever tried (and that says a lot considering my family has owned restaurants haha)! It's a little pricey, but the food is good! I recommend the Chicken Strips for any age, adult or kid. They are delicious!

Delicious! We had unexpected guests and Hornets Nest was our first choice for dinner. The food is always consistent and I was able to provide a great meal on just a few minutes of time. The steaks were cooked perfectly and still hot on delivery. The cheesecake and bread pudding were the perfect companions to the meal. Thank you - I was able to enjoy my visitors!

The food was hot, packaged well, portions were very generous and well worth the money! We even had some we saved for a snack tomorrow. Delicious!!

The Livers or Gizzards (ENTREE) were undercooked and not nearly as good as when I went here a few weeks ago. The Fried Green Tomatoes were awful. Floppy and pretty tasteless. I would rate the Crispy Patty Melt but they didnt pack it, they packed some bacon topped potatoes instead which while those were pretty good actually, is not a patty melt and substantially cheaper than a patty melt.. will not be ordering here again. I might try to go in person again though!
