Another botched order . Bagels soggy and greasy like it had been sitting in the foil bag all morning . Bagel once again not toasted . Only 1/2 an egg and burnt over cooked bacon . Waste of money . I would never recommend delivery from this place . Only dine in . They will screw up your order everytime !

Hot Bagel used to be awesome. Now their food is really gross. I ordered my favorite Philly Steak and Cheese Hot Sandwich and it was terrible, the meat looked like it had been sitting out for the past 2 days and tasted like it too. The bread smelled disgusting, tasted like cardboard and was wimpy and smushed. to get 3 bagels and a sandwich was well over $50. This needs to stop, it's a freakin bagel....

I have always had good food from them.. however this time was very disappointed worth my bagel sandwich. There was one tiny strip of bacon in the middle and there was very little cheese or egg. It is a very big and thick bagel but that's all I can taste. If I just wanted simply a bagel, I wouldnt have ordered a bagel sandwich .

These are THE BEST bagels in the city. My goto is the Everything Bagel with Plain Cream Cheese and a 16 oz Coffee. Always arrives perfectly toasted and loaded with fluffy cream cheese.
