the Cheesy Bacon Fries was not worth 10 dollars barley any cheese and the bacon was just thrown on top very disappointing and the hasbrown had no ham and cheese I paid 60 dollars for the food atleast they could make sure it's right

I just spent $65 on nothing. 1 piece of bacon wasn't even 2 inches long and all burnt, I barely received any fries with a $16 meal, a $5 side hasbrowns consisted of 2 tiny scoops, the side of fresh fruit was a few dry mandarin oranges and 3 dry grapes, and the $15 pancakes (3) were soggy and not worth eating, because someone thought putting syrup and whip cream on top of bread and not on the side would be okay. After trying to leave in the comments to put it on the side, it told me HH prefer not leave comments and to call them. I called 33 times and received a busy signal because of it being off the hook. It's the company who needs to consider the prices of the food because it's clearly too high, but the store in Eastman could have been better on the portion sizes, especially already spending an arm and a leg on food that wasnt even worth 30 bucks. The company and store itself needs to do better. A lot better.

I had a Western Omelet and hash browns, which was excellent.
I had ordered one child size of a Kid's Waffle
which I did not receive.

Hashbrowns was over cooked They wasn' t all the way liked I ordered Classic patty melt was dry from the meat being over cooked lettuce was brown and no mayonnaise or ketchup will not order from them again
