Food is drastically overpriced and poorly cooked. Hashbrowns are always mushy, meat is always under or overcooked. Pancakes are typically doughy. i can get something from nearly anywhere else that will be much better amd probably less expensive. HH was never top of the line food but it was never this bad and the prices are hilariously outrageous.

Eh, the chicken tenders were brown, overcooked, and hard when they arrived, and the fried shrimp was mushy inside.

The pancakes were undercooked and doughy. Ordered sandwich with a sunny side up eggs and it came with scrambled. The bread on the sandwich was soggy.

I ordered french toast, an omelet that was supposed to come with fruit(it wasn't in the order) and raisin bread, and a side of hasbrowns. The omlete was good, but again, missing fruit and the raisin bread were very stale. The French toast didn't have any butter on it and didn't have a side of syrup. There were no plastic utensils in the bag. This order was not at all worth $40!!
