When you pay for a meal, remove ONE item and end up with half of the ingredients missing, and this is not just once, but a regular occurrence, your experience with the store starts to waiver on "value". Sometimes the order is perfect, but most of the time we are missing something (usually the chips) or it feels like staff decided to play a joke because of a dietary preference. In this case, ordered a Triple Whopper® Cheese Value Meal , but they didnt just remove the only item i requested due to an allergy, they decided to remove the tomato, mayo, lettuce and onion as well. It was patties, cheese and sauce! When you are paying near $65 to feed two people, this is ridiculous. Dont care how good it tastes, we'll take our business elsewhere i think because the risk isnt worth it anymore.
What has happened to HJs over the years has been a sad decline. I think the time they removed fries from the menu and replaced them with chips is when it changed. Hjs aint what it used to be.

Ordered the Grill Masters Bacon & Cheese Angus Value Meal with extra paddy,cheese and bacon, they never put it in payed extra for nothing it was also very dry. Though the Ultimate Double Whopper® was delicious.

the chips are absolutely stale and dry, ive been getting them like this quitem often lately,barely even chewable. the burgers are ok

Chips were stale and cold couldnt even eat them it was like they were reheated in the microwave barely had any salt on them no fault to the driver what so ever everything else was nice and hot
