got an ultimate whopper meal with iced coffee. was packed well (cold drink and warm food in seperate bags... how it's supposed to be. kudos to HJ's for getting it right. Burger was tasty, iced coffee was delicious. 👍

Really enjoyed my meal! The Bacon Deluxe medium meal was fresh, tasty, and really satisfying. The burger had great flavour and everything was cooked perfectly.
The Flake Storm was a standout — rich, chocolatey, and perfectly blended with a great crunch from the Flake. The Oreo Storm was just as good, super creamy with plenty of cookie pieces throughout.
Overall, everything was delicious and well made. Great treats and a really enjoyable experience — would definitely order again!

one of the iced chocs was split at the bottom,so everything in the bag was swimming in milk, it's the second time this same thing happened. please don't use box cutters to open the boxes without checking if you've sliced what's inside :(

Ok. Hungry Jacks Beenleigh. They get 10000/10 for customer service.
Context: I just ordered the fried chicken burger. It in itself is dairy free but the brioche bun is not. I call them to swap the bun to normal seeded bun. No problems. He calls back not 30 seconds later and double checks if the mayo is ok given I mentioned a dairy allergy. Cannot recommend highly enough.
