Don't know why there's so many bad reviews. Whenever I buy from this specific hungry jacks (which is very often) it's always so good and my favourite fast food place. I always get their big brekky wrap, the combination of hash brown and cheese and bbq sauce is so so so good I've been eating it for literally 8 years plus. Service is really good in person and ordering from DoorDash. Highly recommend chips, onion rings and their break options.

The Grill Masters Double Bacon & Cheese Angus Value Meal.
The chips were a mixture of old , very brown and fresh chips.
The box that the burger was in was dripping in grease. When I opened the box the underneath of the burger bun was soggy with grease.
I ordered it without ghee as well.
Unable to eat it, absolutely disgusting, very disappointing and a complete waste of money.
This was the first time I have ever ordered one of the grill masters burgers and it will certainly be my last.
The reason I gave the one star as the meal was hot and the coffee OK.
Raise the bar....... do better........enough said.

Burger was very sad, barely any salad. A single pickle! Chips were amazing as always. HJ's is usually very good, so I am hoping this was a one off.

Chips filled just over halfway of medium portion bucket AND HAVE BEEN RE-DUNKED AKA FRIES FROM PREVIOUS ORDERS / UNUSED FOR LONGER THAN ACCEPTABLE ARE REPLACED IN THE FRYER TO REHEAT THEM AS IF FRESH 🤬🤢 Absolutely despicable product and preparation quality as well as a pathetic attempt at meeting customer 'service' standards considering the lack of traffic / orders to manage at this time of morning!!
