The burger was huge, soft and delicious. Every mouthful was a delight.

I was pleasantly surprised at how much better the fries were than McDonalds, especially with the option for extra salt. The Cola had an actually reasonable amount of ice and still had good carbonation. The whopper is a really great portion size compared to burgers from McDonald's. It's my first time ordering from here in years and overall it was very decent.

Double Kansas City Whopper® Value Meal only came with one beef patty, which would've thought double means two (picture shows two aswel). I also had zero Kansas City BBQ sauce (& no kind of BBQ or tomato sauce in it at all). Complete miss - buger was flat & lacked flavour.... would've been better off with a cheese burger.

Whoever's preparing the meals during late nights didn't follow any of the custom ingredients added/removed from Burger. Burger was also cold and barely any warmth to it. Onion rings were cold and hard - crunchy like kettle chips (no joke, clearly overcooked and sitting under a pantry heater for hours... not fresh). Best part of the entire meal was the soft drink, & that is not something I'd say lightly. Extremely disappointing experience.

Food took ages to arrive and the Ultimate Double Whopper® was terrible. The Grilled Chicken was okay.
