I'm not sure if the chicken was properly cooked. it's usually delish but this was like biting into raw chewy rubber. spat most out. & 16 short old chips is not worth a small Thick Cut Chips 👎🏻 it's expensive enough as it is.

99% of the time when I order in person at the actual store, my order comes out fine but for some reason whenever I get it delivered, there's always some kind of issue:
This time my burger came without tomato even though I had paid extra for it, there was also no sauce and barely the tiniest shred of lettuce, very disappointing.

I am a hard core whopper with cheese eaten many many over 20 years this store has the best whopper with cheese and it is consistently for the past 8 years. Always fresh salad consistently. And super fast, thanks staff at hj.

it was decent the fried Classic Jack's Fried Chicken Value Meal wasn't as thick as the picture but takeaway is takeaway, but Double Cheeseburger Value Meal can't complain here last it looks like the meal hahaha
