Food was hot, delivered on time. Order correct, proper portions and burger was very well made with fresh ingredients. Happy to give five stars for this order.

its good, value etc, love HJ's.. however, the "southern style tenders" always without fail come burnt, and i mean burnt like dark, dark brown, hard, burnt taste. also recently theres been a taste as if the cheese or something is off in some of the burgers.

the Thick Cut Chips was cold and looked over cooked and old and the Onion rings looked really old and overcooked aswell. The burger and drink was ok, but hat forgot a straw for my drink not a good Cheesy Bacon Classic Jack's Fried Chicken Value Meal

The taste of the patty of my double cheeseburger was very bland, like it was lacking adequate seasoning. The fries were decent though.
