Normally the food here is pretty good, customer service not so much. But today I called as instructed when I arrived when my food was ready (got the Rise and Shine burger and sweet potato tots, and got the chicken sandwich and fruit for husband), was already inside for a couple things so I just went to the grill directly as I usually do. They almost always come out with my bag in the next couple minutes. Stood there for like 10 minutes, finally got someone to give me my food, and after a less than 5 minute drive home I found my bun was almost inedibly soggy and my tots, which I specifically requested to be extra done, were barely cooked and completely soggy so I had to put them in the oven on broil for another 15 minutes before they were done. My husband said his fruit was not good either, like unripe melon. Was not pleased with this experience but can't give them an entirely bad review because I do usually have a better experience.

Only thing cooked fully was the bacon. Everything else was undercooked. Hashbrowns were pale white, scrambled eggs wet, and the pancakes stuck to my fingers while tearing them up for my kids. Ordered 3 good Good Start with bacon. Recieved one with sausage links?

Mushroom & Swiss Burger had 7 tiny bits of mushrooms on it and no sauce.
BBQ Bacon Cheeseburger was drowned eat it with a fork.
Grilled Chicken Sandwich was tiny and only filled half the bun.

ordered fried chicken...what we received was very old chicken...not one juicy piece in the16 count. Likely from sittinow under the heat lamp since before lunch. That's why we never eat the chinese, almost always old and never fresh. Hyvee could be a good place to eat but they don't care about the quality they put out.
