Was not able to update my previous review so submitting a new one... this company definitely owns up to mistakes and makes it right! Did not have the best first experience (not quality, it was still great! Just received wrong coffee order) but they reached out to me to fix it. So decided to give it another shot and I definitely don't regret it! Tried the same coffee I tried to order the first time (The Grunt, iced w/ extra shot, half and half and cold foam) and it was amazing! Thank you for reaching out and for caring, it seems like such a small thing to some but it is a big deal to me! Without getting too personal, things have been rough... sometimes something as seemingly insignificant as a good cup of coffee makes a huge difference in my day. Will definitely order again!

I had never heard of Hype before so decided to try it since my usual go-to coffee place doesn't deliver. Ordered The Grunt and 2 crispy honey chicken biscuits. The chicken biscuits were, as I assumed, just prepackaged biscuits that were heated. Surprisingly pretty good. I was disappointed in my coffee order though. I ordered a 32 oz which said only comes as iced or frozen. I chose iced but was sent frozen and the cup was half filled with whipped cream. If I'm paying nearly $12 for coffee, I expect to get the whole thing... lol... Didn't taste bad for frozen coffee but I don't like frozen coffee, hence the reason I didn't choose that option. May give them another try in the future and see if I have a different opinion if my order is correct but think I will stick with my usual place for now.

I ordered the snowflake. It was so delicious & perfectly prepared. I will definitely be returning for this same drink & to try other options as well. Great service! I was offered to taste my drink before leaving with it! I've not had that option anywhere else. They have succeeded over my customer service expectations.

wanted to try a new place and was not disappointed!! Order The Snowflake with cold foam and oat milk and it's delicious ! Not overly sweet but not at all bitter- just the perfect amount of everything. The Chocolate Muffin is good too but pretty sure it's just a warmed prepackaged muffin lol but either way it's good!

My mocha was lil chunky when drinking it and didn't taste how it usually tastes, both my sandboxes looked chunky. The only normal one was the chunky monkey. Usually hype taste amazing I was very disappointed.
