They need to change the way we can order the Screamers, as it is required to choose 2 toppings to order it but we only wanted 1 topping for each Screamer. They have delicious ice cream but sometimes ya just want PB cups in the screamer and nothing else

Sundae indicated black cherry sundae and received something that doesn't even look like cherry anything. It was a reddish pink liquid surrounding vanilla icecream. Whipped topping ? Where at? The portion was adequate but taste is disgusting. The same applies to the frozen yogurt. It came half melted and is very sweet for something without sugar.

My girlfriend ordered. Packaging was horrid. Ice cream tasted like ice crystals. Sizes were disgustingly small. We will stick with our usual favorites

No one pay attention to what they're doings. Sometimes they're perfect then other times it just a mess up and a waste of ice cream. And I literally called to fix an order because I put it in wrong and the order still came back wrong. Got two chocolate ice creams with chocolate crunchies, and they came with raainbows sprinkles and crunch peanuts. We called to tell them we put the order in wrong and someone answered and seemed liked they took care of it guess not.
