We have been ordering online from Idly Express for a while and the quality and taste have been great. But today, both sambhar and coconut chutney were diluted and quite frankly, tasteless. Hope this is one off case, although this compromise on quality doesn't look accidental to me knowing we have faced the same at Mylapore in Sunnyvale.

The Ghee Podi Thatte Idly - 1 pc was hard and stale like it was made yesterday and heated up. The Poori Masaal - 2 pcs was good. For the quality and size of the idly, almost $9 is steep. I won't order that item again.

Taste is ok. Portion is hilariously small. Price and quantity doesn't even match for 10%. 2 small Poori Masaal - 2 pcs priced at 10$. What a joke. I won't order again. Last time I ordered benne dosa which is also small for 18$ that hilarious too. Really bad restaurant in entire bay area w.r.t quantity and price.
