food was super cold, bacon was rubbery, hash browns weren't crispy as requested and had a burnt taste to them. pancakes had 2 holes on top of each one. receipt was extra crumbled and thrown in , lid wasn't secure on food causing some to fall out. super disappointed

Garbage portions and poor quality. Spend the same amount on a higher quality restaurant. I'm not even trying to hold ihop to a high standard. It was dinner food and high end prices for tiny portions.

the New Waffle Combo was super soggy. Ice cold and not as ordered. I asked for over easy eggs and the yolk was hard. The multigrain Buttered Toast was good bread but not toasted and not buttered. The waffle had a good taste but again was cold and soggy.

food was good overall, but we all ordered pancakes and got no syrup. my husband ordered country fried steak and got no gravy. For the cost of this meal, our order should have been right, and being the HOUSE OF PANCAKES, it's really unacceptable they forget syrup on 3 orders of pancakes....
