The food was very well prepared tonight, I ordered around 1am. Everything arrived fresh, the tres leches World-Famous Pancake Combo pancakes were filled with sauce!! Sooo good!! The strawberry House-Made Milkshakes was also very good! Buy 1 get 1 free portion enough to enjoy now and later.

I usually like IHOP but today my order was not good. I had the Chicken Biscuit Sandwich . My hash browns were not cooked all the way. There was no gravy on my sandwich. The biscuit was not done. Very disappointed.

ordered Biscuits and gravy. there was a little container, something you might put a side of ketchup in, of gravy. not even enough to cover 1 side of a biscuit. they did not send the drink that I paid $4 for. I requested no cheese and cheese was on the biscuits. I paid nearly $50 and the order was completely wrong and missing items.

the burger had a funny taste almost like a freezer burn taste (not saying that's what it was, it just tasted like it)
paid 3$ for a sweet tea that small and it wasn't even sweet tea!
