As someone with Celiac, I was hesitant to order the gluten free pancake breakfast for the first time. But I've now had it multiple times...and it's been 100% celiac friendly every single time. I have really high reactivity to gluten...even the smallest of cross contaminations makes me I'll...but I've never had a single reaction to this breakfast.
It's so exciting to find a truly gluten-free breakfast at a reasonable price that is suitable for celiacs . THANK YOU IHOP!!! This breakfast has become my go to. Delish AND safe to eat!

The pancakes aren't what I remember. These were so dry and hard to swallow. It tasted more like a dry biscuit than a fluffy pankcake. Also some burned at the bottom. No butter was even included to help. I'll stick with Stacks pankcake house or McDonald's going forward.

they usually put the whip cream in a container so it doesn't melt but they put it on the pancakes this time so it melted everywhere

The pancakes were very burnt and they did not put the flavored syrup in the bag and only gave us 3 syrups for 16 pancakes
