Luis did a wonderful  job delivering my breakfast.  When IHOP forgot to give him my coffee, he returned back, and brought the coffee to the house!  Luis is a reliable dasher, who is dedicated  to providing excellent customer service.  

I ordered the Colorado Omelette, with 3 Pancakes, and a cup of coffee.  The Colorado Omelette was cooked to perfection, with plenty of meat, and melted cheddar (I think) cheese.  The 3 Buttermilk Pancakes were warm and fluffy, and easy to cut with the included plastic knife and fork and napkin.  Butter and syrup was included.  

The International House Coffee was very good, with a pleasantly rich flavor.  

I highly  recommend that you go to IHOP for a great breakfast, lunch, or dinner meal that the entire family will enjoy.

The World-Famous Pancake Combo and The Classic Burrito & Bowl  arrived quickly, phenomenally well packaged, hot and so,so good!  Outstanding in every way!  (This may become my weekly Sunday routine.)

The omelette was very dry, pancakes cold, two very small pieces of bacon way over priced for a side.

Nashville chicken melt had no Nashville sauce and was just over cooked dry tenders with cheese. Hasbrowns were under cooked. Marinara didn't come with lid and was all over the sampler.

Lovely crepes and strawberry cream biscuit. The blueberry lemon ricotta crepe was a perfect balance of sweet and sour combined. However, didn't receive the syrup flavors I ordered as well as receiving the incorrect flavor of beverage. Food was good but service was disappointing.
