I am such a picky eater when it comes to food in the US. IMA is consistently good. I don't live close so I pay a lot for delivery and every single time it's worth it. The one critique I have is that the shrimp and scallion dumpling dough is a bit too thick and light on filling, but everything considered? Great, great food!! Compliments to the Chef's.

The Yaki Butter Udon portion was insanely small and did not taste like it normally does. The mushrooms were hard. It wasn't good for the price. The Funnel Cake Fries were clearly not homemade and extremely disappointing. I am a regular at ima but this order was really bad.

The pork belly was nice and tender, the noodles were soft and chewy, and they separated the broth from the ingredients so it wasn't soggy when I got home. I had about an hr drive and the food was still warm when I got home. I really enjoyed it and will definitely make the drive again just to the udon. Also the portion was pretty decent I split it with my sister and still had enough to be satisfied

My order is never packaged wrong, and is easy to pick up. The broth is really nice when I'm sick; I can get a pint of plain broth and basically water it down 100% for twice as much liquid that is cheap, tasty, and easy to drink with a sore throat. I don't like anything else on the menu (I'm a picky eater) but everyone I know loves whatever they try here, too.

Every now and then the Tori Udon broth is very thin and this was one of those times. The meal also had a very inconsistent portion of chicken (2 very small pieces). Disappointing when you pay quite a bit for a soup/meal.
