• 26-01-11Highly disappointed. The sandwich was cold and completely mushy. I ordered the roast beef and cheese on garlic bread specifically because it’s supposed to be toasted and crispy....yet the bread was soft, soggy, and soaked through. It was honestly inedible.
I can’t believe I paid almost $50 for a sandwich and a salad to be delivered in this condition. I was genuinely looking forward to a meal I normally enjoy, only to be completely disgusted. The only reason I paid extra for garlic bread was to avoid exactly this issue, so receiving a soggy, mushy mess was ridiculous and unacceptable.
Never again. Festus Imo’s should be ashamed of this level of quality.

• 26-02-11This was suppose to be half canadian bacon and supreme, and as you can see, my side has nothing but dough and the other side is a totaled mess. I'm very disappointed considering how much I paid for it.
