• 24-05-28Delicious and very much needed. Toronto has a lot of great places to eat, but it was nice to find Impact King for some delicious and healthy options. The Warrior meal with grass-fed steak and the smoothie were the perfect combo to feel rejuvenated from the jet lag. Not to mention the yogurt I purchased, which I'm looking forward to eating for breakfast. Highly recommended for anyone seeking healthy and tasty food in Toronto!

• 25-07-15Normally like Impact Kitchen but the Power Breakfast was very unevenly made with a huge excess of green and a tiny amount of undercooked and cold sweet potato. The temperature overall was inconsistent with the various ingredients so I don't think I'd order this again.

• 25-10-07Expensive but worth it. Good portion sizes for the bowls. Adding protein is obviously more expensive but it's worth the splurge. Island Jerk is fireeee

• 24-06-01Not sure why but the smoothie left with lots of room, not filled. Cookie is delicious but smaller than I expected with the price paid.
