The Ceviche de Pescado was excellent and hit the spot. The Lomo Saltado was fantastic and really satisfying. Both dishes were authentic and representative of authentic Peruvian cuisine.

The food is delicious as always when it comes to flavor, but today we ordered lolo Lomo Saltado, Ceviche de Pescado, Aji De Gallina, and there was a bone in the chicken. Normally ají de gallina is made with chicken breast since it is shredded after cooking, I almost chipped my tooth chewing on it and it was small enough that it couldve been easily swallowed.
