Why do we go to such lengths to roast our own coffee beans by hand?
Because of the altitude, we can roast them for longer at lower temperatures, resulting in a smooth, bitter-free finish.

the coffee is so incredible. honestly- one of the lattes I've ever had! I got the nut flavored latte.

I haven't been to an INK in years bc they closed the one near me so I was super excited to be near one. Is shouldn't have been. $8 for a tiny Blended B&W is insane. They used to be huge and much much better. Very disappointed.

I've ordered coffee from here many times and it's always super sweet compared to other coffee stores. It's even sweeter than Starbucks which is known to add 10 pumps of syrup to a large drink.
I don't recommend the white caramel drink or the ice blended drinks. They're just way too sweet. This is coming from someone who loves desserts and sugary drinks.

The breakfast burrito was not good at all. It was 50% tortilla and tasted like an over-microwaved frozen burrito. The coffee is good, but also very expensive for a small coffee.

The Latte (20 Oz) was great. The Lani's Special burrito (which I assume is not made in house) was mostly potato and very gluey on the inside, had very little bacon, and was under seasoned. I will get coffee from here again, but I will not order a breakfast burrito again.
