Ice cream was thick and delicious, and the brownie camewarm and chocolaty as expected. They didcome separated, but tht made the mess minimal. Definitely getting this again for a night time snack!

got vegan cookies, came perfectly chewy & still warm!! their carrier brought it very quick with no issues. 5/5!:) ~~($20 for a six-pack). should have taken pictures but we ate them so fast hahah

Maybe I got an undercooked batch, but the cookies I received were like lukewarm balls of sugar lightly wrapped in a moist, tasteless dough. They literally *crunched* from all the sugar. I don't wish to be mean, but not only were these cookies not worth over $3 apiece, they were by far the worst cookies I've ever eaten. From any source.

Ordered a 12 pack as a gift for a birthday. Had issues with delivery at first, but 21 minutes after calling them, the birthday girl had warm, delicious cookies in her hands. Thanks, Zack! Fantastic customer service.
