Fantastic Cookies and ice Cream and very responsive, customer-oriented service! A real person answers the phone, the cookies and ice cream are top quality, and so incredibly tasty! I recommend this place for any one with a real craving for something sweet and homemade tasting!

the cookies were the softest most delicious cookies I've ever tasted. they were large cookies which worked out since even my 1 year old loves them. she took half my cookies so we will order again. they also were super fresh. the ice Ice Cream in a Cup was amazing. I highly rrecommend getting the mintand caramel together.the 12-pack is definitely worth it

If you find yourself trying to decide between Crumbl Cookie and Insomnia Cookies... save yourself the trouble and go with Crumbl. I ordered from Insomnia and ended up with 1 decent cookie, the rest of the cookies were dry and tasted like they had been sitting out for a while.

Do not be fooled by their cookie illusions these cookies are mediocre at best and a cookie nightmare at its worst, $20 for 6 cookies that don't even look that big compared to the advertised picture they should honestly just change their name to overpriced cookies instead.
I'm glad I tried it though, so I know never to get cookies from here again save yourself the trouble and beware the nightmare cookies
