• 25-01-05the ice cream came cold and delicious, and the cookies were sooo soft and wonderful! my favorite was the salted caramel. 10/10 would order cookies at midnight again

• 26-04-28Id like to preface this with the fact that the business was not at fault, door dash was... and taking into account that they were no longer warm, the cookies were still incredible. Chewy & soft, full of flavor & gone too fast (as is evidenced in the photo). The entire crew demolished them before I knew what had happened, which says a lot. They were a perfect choice for a late night pick-me-up to get us to the end of a long work day. Next time, I'll be sure to order more.
So, although there was a mishap with delivery, Roman was more than happy to offer a very fair and welcome solution immediately over the phone, when I reached out with my concerns. Thank you so much Roman! I'll be by really soon to see you guys in person.
Overall, the value & variety are better by direct comparison. The quality is exceptional, including packaging, & the service is above & beyond,
I definitely recommend you try Insomnia Cookies. Even if you think you don't like cookies. Try these & then say that😏

• 26-05-31I believe I was given 2 sugar cookies instead of a sugar cookie and a snicker doodle, unless that's just how bland the snicker doodle is? The chocolate chunk and sugar were hard as a rock, and especially the chocolate chunk was like I could break a tooth.
The other (oatmeal raisin, s'mores, double chocolate chunk) were extremely yummy.
The smores deluxe was the same size as the chocolate chunk and was $2 more. I would order them again but definitely change what I ordered!!

• 23-03-26Definitely not worth the wait. I received cookies smaller than the palm of my hand. They taste like store bought dough. I don't see what the hype is all about. Crumbl is way better.

• 23-06-03Chocolate Peanut Butter Cup cookies were just peanut butter cookies (no chocolate) major bummer. The cookie butter was good but expensive for how little u get.
