• 23-03-10My order was delivered in a whopping TWO hours. It took Insomnia Cookies two hours to deliver my Deluxe 4-pack and it was left on my stoop. The cookies were cold and hard. This is my first time being disappointed by the company

• 23-12-19this was the first time my cookies were bad. I ordered oatmeal raisin and received snickerdoodle or something crunchy. also the cookies were very thin not like the regular ones I get.
