I was really disappointed with this brownie. It was extremely crunchy and so hard that it wouldn’t even break with the spoon they provided. I think it’s overbaked, which is why it turned out so crunchy. Definitely not worth the price — save your money and skip this one.

The cookies are so so good!! I'm addicted. I shared them with my coworkers and they felt the same as I did. They're fresh and are actually warm when you receive them. Customer for life.

The m&m cookies were very hard and dry the chocolate chip was underbaked. I would not order again.

Brownies were far too overbaked. Instead of soft and chewy, the brownies were crunchy (not to be confused with crispy which would have been tolerable). Biting into the ends --- which are usually the part one looks forward to --- was like biting into a dusty granola bar. The cooler they got, the more inedible the entire brownies became. I paid for something I didn't get.
