I gave Insomnia a 2nd chance and ordered the Deluxe Cookie'wich and this time, after calling the store, did receive the 3 scoops of icecream. Their Carmel icecream is tasty.

First time I ordered from Insomnia cookies. I chose the Deluxe Cookie'wich, which was $22 before delivery and fees. The cookies and ice cream tasted great. However, I only got 1 scoop of ice cream instead of the 3 and only 1 flavor when I chose 3 different kinds. This was going to be a shared treat, and the little bit of ice cream didn't allow for that to happen, which was disappointing for the price.

Was excited to try this place but ended up super disappointed. The quality of cookies is far below what you would expect for the price / how expensive these are. The classic cookies were thinned out and the deluxe cookies were mushy & undercooked & falling apart. The only decent cookie in our box was the strawberry cheesecake one, which reminded me of the raspberry cheesecake cookies from Subway (which are much cheaper but delicious). Crumbl cookies are wayyy better quality. The store also replaced our cookie choices with duplicates instead of asking for replacement choices.

They always do an excellent job. Everything is fresh. I'm always gonna be ordering again. I wish they had just regular peanut butter cookies though not peanut butter with chips in it or white chocolate chips. I wish they would do more classic stuff. Portion size is always good.

The cookies taste great, so long as you don't DoorDash them and go get them yourself. The wait time said a half hour max, it took me one hour to receive a single brownie and a small milk. Biting into the brownie was like biting into a brick. Also, it was cold. Make sure to read the reviews before dashing. I had to complain to DoorDashand only then did they finally leave the store with my order.
