The cookies were delicious but the presentation was terrible. Cookies were staked on top on top of each other and Two of the cookies appeared to be smashed. My suggestion is to use boxes to keep cookies in place

Great flavor and quality, just a bit small for the price- regardless of ingredients, etc. Roughly same size as a Chips Ahoy. 9 cookies were NOT stacked or the size as pictured, there was a LOT of room for them to move around or for bigger cookies. The box size could've held 9 more cookies.

I ordered 4 cookies, cost $50 bucks, cookies were not similar quality & one of the four cookies was missing. first time I ever tried it, was super excited because I know a lot of people that like it and talk about it. what a let down. crumble at this point is better, 4 cookies is cheaper, bigger, & they wont steal keep your fourth cookie.

Absolutely fantastic cookies, if and when they deliver. Frequently have had issues getting them to fulfill the order in less than two hours, but still order from them occasionally because they are truly that good. Cookie roulette.

The gluten-free chocolate chip cookies are ooey-gooey inside and crispy on the outside. Sooo perfect. They are normal sized.
