Good food but if you order through door dash they cheap out on the soup. Might be better to eat in person, i only got like 1 cup of soup. Whereas when I go to ramen restaurants I usually have at least 3-4 cups of soup. It was such little soup the noodles were getting dry. I would try again but in person, not ordering from here

I've eaten from Ippon Ramen a number of times in the past and always had a good experience, but this time the Dirty Series brown sugar boba was grainy—the sugar not fully melted and with crystals throughout the drink. The Gyudon Beef Don was alright, but it wasn't pleasant to eat after the first few bites and the portion is quite small for the cost.

By far the best Ramen place in Durham. Plus,the super friendly staff went above and beyond the special instructions. 15/10 highly recommend!
