I have been so impressed with Iron Fish. It reminds me alot of Sushi Saki that used to be in the Gateway shopping center. Super fresh and delicious food - Edamame, spicy tuna roll, Boston roll, Katsu Combo(Breaded chicken+Steam Rice), to name a few. Definitely recommended! And I will be ordering plenty more in the future!

I was so surprised by this restaurant! Everything was well packed and delicious. The Gyoza Pork is so good. We loved how fresh the Rainbow Roll and Dragon Roll were. Definitely will order again.

Garlic edamame is delicious. Texas roll is good, but the avocado tasted like it had been in the fridge for a minute, kind of stale. Not worth $11 for this small roll.

I love Iron Fish. But on 5/1 whoever was making the to-go sushi put WAY too much sauce on each roll. I think the octopus balls would be 100% better if they were fried crispy rather than the gooey texture. The 2 fried rolls were not that good. Way too fried and the oil tasted old.

I have been to this place in person, and the sushi is good then. More than once during my door dash order (may be it happens for certain types of roles), the sushi is completely drenched with sweet soy sauce to the point where it is unable to even consume! I had to throw half of it away because it seems like a tray/box with soy sauce floating in it was used to stack sushi, or I am not sure how it gets to the bottom, but it happened more than once making it waste of money! Wish I could attach pictures!!
I request Iron fish to change this, it is such a shame otherwise good sushi is being wasted this way
