Isla Café is one of those rare spots where every bite feels like a celebration. I had the fried pork chops with yellow rice and beans, and it was honestly like someone just hit the jackpot or was cooking to win a food competition.
The pork chops were incredibly tender and seasoned to perfection crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside. The yellow rice and beans were piping hot, flavorful, and tasted like pure comfort. You can tell the food’s made with love and serious culinary pride.

Chicharron De Pollo Sin Hueso Combo (Fried Boneless Chicken Chunks Combo) was good food and portions. Creme Brulee Cheesecake was good, but not 6 pieces like the description said.

the pernil was to overly seasoned. i personally disn't like it. thebeans were watery with no flavor.
