Tonkotsu Ramen 豬 was absolutely fire. Pork was not too fatty and the broth was really flavorful. Would definitely order again.

The Matcha is the perfect balance of sweet to compliment the delicious Tonkotsu Ramen 豬. I have been ordering here for years! I love how fresh and thin their noodles are and the bowl is a decent size compared to other places. Perfect cold weather food or anytime comfort food!

This is the driest Pork Chasu I have ever had. Normally I am ddelighted with this dish, but this is hard to get through. I will order again, because its a decent size bowl of Tonkotsu Ramen 豬 on a cold day. The flavors are normally almost perfect and everything usually tastes fresh.

Ito Ramen never disappoints! So tasty and filling. I've read comments from several people that say Ito Ramen reminds them of ramen they've had in Japan. I've never been to Japan, but it's the best ramen I've had so far in San Antonio!

Tokyo Spicy Pork Ramen broth was not flavorful and just seemed like water. I'd been to Ito when they first opened years ago and the food was amazing, maybe this was a hiccup. My Guava drink was perfect, cold and delicious!
