The tan tan men with pork belly (and extra house chili sauce & extra pickled cabbage) is my go to every single time. The broth is rich and peanutty with a touch of spice as is. The pork belly is tender and delicious! I've ordered in-restaurant and via DoorDash - no change in quality or portion either way, always 10/10 and perfectly warmed. One of my favorite places in Lincoln!

I've ordered food from this place plenty of times and never had an issue until today. For them to charge $7 for this, I'm disappointed. It's so bland that I had to season it myself and it's looks old and not to mention they barely gave me a whole scoop of food for it.

Ordered the Chashu Bowl and it wasn't great. It was mostly plain white rice with three small pieces of meat that were barely sauced. I added chicken and received 2 very small slices of dry chicken which cost an extra $3.
It was not worth $18 and I wouldn't order it again. My wife liked her food slightly more, but not enough that we would order it again.

Veggie miso was too salty an had a single small leaf of bok choy. The only decent thing was the tofu, which was taintd by the too-salty broth.
Shoyu was bland and chicken was so dry it was as if it had been sitting cooking for hours.
The only good thing in the order was takoyaki. Sauces and flavor were on point, though it would have been perfect with pickled ginger. Not worth a whole wasted order that cost $42, though.

Great broth, although the eggs were just hard boiled eggs and the noodles seemed a little stuck together. Incredible value.
