Been a while since ordering from Jack in the Box . It was good, but I will criticize that the Bacon Ultimate Cheeseburger™ missed the mark with the bacon part. 2 small pieces of bacon that I didn't even know was there, in my opinion barely makes it a bacon cheeseburger.

The burger was dry, suggesting they used old patties. I ordered onion rings as a side, and I got a skimpy amount that was not hot. Lastly, the Southwest Salad w/ Crispy Chicken smelled like bug spray, suggesting old and/or unclean lettuce. Jack in the Box in other areas are superior. For truckers, there is one attached to a truck stop (I forgot where, I am thinking closer to San Antonio) that actually gave me a salad so fresh it made me try it over here. Big mistake. Won't order from this place, in this location, again.

fries were old and cold. tacos were incredibly greasy. and the chicken sandwich was extremely hard. seems it was all old food that had been sitting under a heat lamp for too long but cold upon delivery.

Did not provide everything we ordered and it was very badly put together. They did not care about the quality at all. Other FF makes the effort.
