Honestly this was the best burger I've ever tasted, I mean like the meat along with the mustard and ketchup with a hint of mayonnaise just tickled my taste buds just perfect, also I'm lactose intolerant so I couldn't enjoy the beautiful strawberry shake that I purchased instead I gave to my niece and she just looked at me in the eyes and was like "wow juan this is revolutionary to my life" after we finished our meal I felt as if our food was made out of pure love, truly a jack in the box experience. Also there's a young good looking kid that works the drive thru that has that perfect smile and charm that can brighten just about anyones day.

The food was fresh and hot when I received it. My order was followed the way I requested it to be and I'm so in love with Jack's Classic Smashed Jack™ Combo it taste better than everyone else's. Thank you Jack-Willis

Nuggets were burnt and now the right amount. The tacos barely had any meet in them, just a ton of lettuce. They always take for ever to make the food.

It's usually really good... today was not. Very tiny fried egg on the sandwich , old dried out sausage & eggs. Was cold when delivered.

Food was not covered in any way. Boxes weren't even closed with a sticker nor put into any sort of bag. Sandwich wasn't even wrapped properly and food is very obviously old. Fries and tacos look and taste like they were sitting there for an hour before they left the restaurant
