DOUBLE the price on items, and cut the items in half. Sourdough Jack® used to fill a box, now it has room to move around.
JR Jr. Jumbo Jack® Cheeseburger shouldn't be bigger than a main burger.
Order was placed, food wasn't ready for pickup for almost 40 minutes. Not busy.
Used to be a huge fan, very disappointing!

The Large Homestyle Ranch Chicken Club Combo was nice and crunchy, just the right amount of sauce and the vegetables were fresh, coca cola was tasty and fizzy, fries were crunchy and had a good amount of salt.

so the Loaded Breakfast Sandwich Combo was ok. bread Hella hard. the fries as well.
The Two Tacos were. made perfectly.
the Southwest Salad w/ Crispy Chicken was ok but tasted abit like hard as well the chicken pieces & lettus was like abit brownish. so yeah. overall I knkw we all got our bad & good days soni get that..

the Sauced & Loaded Birria Tiny Tacos aren't Sauced & Loaded Birria Tiny Tacos disappointed since it was the first time I wanted to try it! egg Jumbo Egg Rolls (3) look like the oil needs the be changed and are kinda cold. Large Bacon Ultimate Cheeseburger™ Combo the fries look like a small, missing more than half of them burger was what a jack and the box burger is .

The burger was juicy and delicious. No sauce, just like we ordered, and still hot when it arrived. BUT it was the most we have ever paid for this item from Jack-O... over $14 total. :(
