chicken strips were among the best I have had. Not too hard, easy to chew.Garden Salad w/ Fresh salad pieces, even the tomatoes. This is the 2nd time ordering the Garden Salad w/ Grilled Chicken . just enough in each order.tacos were very good as usual.

The French toast breakfast was very good. Jack scrambled eggs are much better than other fast food places, they're moist and don't need salt added. They forgot the bacon, but no biggie. The Bacon Egg & Cheese Biscuit was very good and fresh. The 2 Tacos were a bit burnt.

Garden Salad w/ Grilled Chicken was only a 1/2 filled container see pic. Pic is taken directly from the bag. Not shook or touched. Can u see the black plastic bare container? Also No dressing sent. I thought I finally found a to go salad I liked!
I ordered plain potato wedges and received loaded (yuck!)
Smashed burger was blah too thick patty for being smashed! It barely had any onions on it, or anything else!
Usually service is better than this. Not thrilled!

The Garden Salad w/ Crispy Chicken was not good. It had 2 chicken strips and another smaller chunk of chicken, and the chicken was so dried out and tough that I could barely tear it up into pieces. That's when I realized the inside was as dried out as the breading. It was like "chicken jerky", totally inedible. The greens seemed all right, not wilted that I saw, however it didn't smell very good. I lost my appetite after trying to cut, then tear up, the 2.5 chicken strips. I guess there were supposed to be 3 strips??? It's going in the trash. I'm sure if I'd ordered the Garden Salad w/ Crispy Chicken during the day it would have been fresher. I don't recommend it for late night.

The new Classic Smashed Jack is good. My fave has always been the Ultimate Cheeseburger, but now I think I have a new favorite. I'm not a fan of the J.Box reg or curly fries, so I usually get onion rings or the Jumbo Egg Roll instead (best Egg Rolls around... better than Pandas, the Wok or Thai Veg places).
