I love the Sausage Breakfast Jack® and Meat Lovers Burrito ! So good, and the burrito was nice and full, too! Super fresh.

didn't read specifications at all. more ham than bacon on a sandwich that asked for no ham. paid extra for fries and still got the hashbrowns instead. and the Loaded Breakfast Sandwich Combo came with a half strip of bacon only

the Bacon Double Smashed Jack is really bad. The meat is very dry and there's almost nothing else on. The fries are easily the worst I've ever had, they're also dry, very hard and tasteless. Jack is nothing like it used to be. Don't waste your money.

I got the the hot Hot Mess Munchie Meal because I love jalapeño burgers. I lifted the bun, and there was a single jalapeño in it, plus way too much mayo. I get that it can get busy at night, but I'd rather wait an extra 5 minutes for my order if it means I'll be able to get jalapeños on my jalapeño burger. Really disappointing. Would not recommend ordering specialty items from here.

Bacon Ultimate Cheeseburger™ Combo drink was good, fries and burger was good too not fresh but also not cold so it was good still. The (2) Tacos was fresh. Only thing they forgot was napkins and a sauce, don't know why they forgot that.. like common sense we need napkins but overall everything was good
