Very yummy as usual :) hot fresh fries and burgers were tasty. Just wish we could modify more as I really wanted to add tomatoes.

I ordered a Large Bacon & Swiss Buttery Jack® Combo with a large curly frie and shake. The shake was so thick I had to use a spoon to eat it and the fries were so hard I didn't even want to eat them. If I had the ranch that I ordered I probably would have been able to enjoy them a little bit more however they forgot that too.

I ordered the loaded potatoe wedges and it was just mostly plain potatoe wedges I was not happy with jack 9n the box I paid more and got hardly any sauce

All of our items weren't cooked properly. Sandwiches werent warm, cheese and meat were cold, and the sausage tasted weird on both sandwiches. Need to make sure the sausage isn't old and can be sold before people start getting sick from it.

Normally, you put everything on the sandwich, they gave me a spicy chicken sandwich instead of a regular. I can't eat spicy sandwiches.
