Ordered a Jumbo Jack Cheese burger. The receipt on the order said there was a Jumbo Jack Cheese Burger in the bag. What was actually in the bag was a some kind of Junior Jack that I can't even find on their app menu. It had a small burger patty, cheese, a sliver of lettuce and a piece of tomato the size of a quarter.
Can't even find a way on Door Dash to complain to the store and get credit for the difference in price.

Every time I order from Jack in the Box the food is hot, fresh tasting and absolutely delicious! This food is literally the best I've ever had on door dash!! Mega Munchie Box was a hit! Lots of food for the price. Great late night snack for the whole family. Roost fries and churros were on point.
