this jack in the box has started filling my entire cup with ice and barely any soda in the large cup. I am going to assume they get paid by the icecube. the burgers have been dry and crusty as well.

Ordered 2 Two Tacos that I ended up having to throw away because they were so greasy and bland tasting. The egg Jumbo Egg Roll (1) was soggy, and the onion rings were over cooked. Why has the quality gone down so badly? It's as if the workers just don't care anyone. It's not just Jack In The Box. You’re seeing this in many of the fast food places all around town. It's sad, and I hope if management sees this, they do something about it. The level of food quality going out is just unacceptable. Your customers deserve better for price they’re paying.

Usually they do a better job but the chicken in the Garden Salad w/ Grilled Chicken wasn't even cut but the salad was okay overall. the Grilled Fajita Jack Wrap had the stuff from the bowl in the fajita (corn and beans). not what I asked for but it was tasty 😁
