I order time and time again late at night and they never get it wrong not only is it always fresh, the portions are always great and not once do I complain about the taste 10/10

Besides forgetting my sauces all the time and me having to have the dashers check..., always good, classic American fast food. Food always made to order and I am always full after eating just a burger lol, they also have lots of snacking type foods and it's really nice for those you don't have too much. The staff is normally friendly, sometimes rude depends on the time of day tbh. I love this place though and will keep ordering from here, I recommend to anyone who wants classic American fast food.

The egg rolls are the best in the Tri-Cites! Love the chicken sandwich too. Very fast service!

The food was cold and overcooked. The Loaded Tiny Tacos were just a thick layer of nacho cheese and a handful of tiny tacos. The Two Tacos wouldn’t even come out of the package without falling apart.

The fries that came with this combo were limp pale soggy version of what jack used to make. speckled with what I thought was pepper at first but glance but are clearly burnt scrapings from somewhere in the kitchen. I paid $30.00 for this its a joke, but I guess thats all jack is now bad food and worse jokes.
