This Jack n the box and the people that work here are a blessing. The food has always, and I mean always, arrived fresh and hot. I've only ever dealt with the night shift so that's my experience. When I'm broke you guys really lift me up with the hot fresh food. Thanks

BOTH of the fries were barely half full with napkins stuffed in filling up the rest of the containers, the fries were also cold n starting to get hard, I had asked the dasher to ask the store for more fries since I was waiting for 45 min and the manager David refused to give the order fresh fries, I shouldn't spend 35$ for 2 soggy burgers n half full fries that r cold!! the only thing that was decent was the drinks, n even they were kinda watered down

The Moby Jack Fish Sandwich Combo- the sandwichwas a bit soggy with all the lettuce and tartar sauce. The fish breading itself was flavorless. Would not buy that again.
The Sourdough Jack® was good. The Loaded potato wedges were so good, and the egg rolls were hot and fresh and they put extra sauce in the bag- the sauces are very iimportant.

tiny tacos were just thrown in the box with fillings on top- not good. BUT the egg rolls are addicting! best i've ever had! and the churros are sooooo good, perfect amount of sweetness. i can't stop ordering these two items.

The fries tasted old, the chicken was overcooked and the buns were stale. Will not be eating there again.
