the buns feel like they have been stitting out for a day because they are stiff. The meat is definitely not a 1/4 pound patty

food tasted like it sat out-supreme Supreme Croissant was cold and rubbery, Hash Browns were cold and Two Tacos were soggy.. who ever was making drinks couldn't tell the difference between Milk Tea w/ Boba (i ordered with no Boba) and iced coffee-2 completely different drinks
order was delivered within "normal" time, so food should not have been cold or soggy

The portion for the fries and tacos feel small and also doesn't taste fresh at all :(. I still enjoy jack in a box food just a little disappointed on the freshness being a little poor.

Phenomenal food. Curly Fries were a bit chewy but everything else was amazing. Huge respect to whoever's making this high quality food super early in the morning.

the Build Your Own Munchie Meal... the thought was great. the execution was horrible. halfsies means crumbs late night apparently. only 3 onion rings? the picture looks so full and over stuffed. the only thing that was okay was the ultimate cheese burger
fries were cold. nuggets looked soggy. not your best tonight jack
