Food was absolutely horrendous if I could give negative stars i would. for starters the beef is not fresh you can tell cause it taste like the heat trays they keep the patties in "rancid taste" not to mention my wife is type one diabetic and they gave us a reg soda instead of diet. You would think that they would serve good quality food for 40$ when you can go to a sit in dinner and get more for cheaper while getting good food. This restaurant Does not know quality safe food service. Not to mention they allow their employees to smoke in the building after hours. Owner operator/manager needs to a reality check. Im not the type to complain but this is the 4th time using these services and all 4 times are complete inedible garbage

The burger was good,but the fries weren't fresh and they were VERY hard. Out of all the fries I think there were only 6 that were actually edible which is a little sad because I was looking forward to the fries the most. Normally I don't have any issues with the food here so tonight must have been an off day. So I will order again eventually and hopefully it'll be better.

If you like Wendy's then you'll like Jack. The food tastes exactly the same as Wendy's and they have a wide variety of choices to pick from. If you want burgers, chicken, hispanic or chinese then Jack's got you covered!

I got he Chicken Teriyaki Bowl Combo with tea. There was no teriyaki sauce on it which made it pretty dry, hence, I only ate a little bit of the rice. Also, the egg roll that came with it was somewhat burnt. So, I was not very pleased with my food order. No complaints about the Dasher, thefood was hot and arrivedat a reasonabletime . price

Everything was satisfactory besides the order of large fries. Idk if the price of potatoes went up or what but the large fry included 4 French individual french fries.
